Join us for an intimate French cooking class taught by Laurent Loudeac, former Executive Head Chef at Hippopotamus Restaurant and winner of the Dilmah Real High Tea challenge in 2015 held in Sri-Lanka. The ingredients, copies of recipes and a glass of wine will be provided. You will take home the meal you prepared and a complimentary garnish to match your meal.
